Example Embodiment

[0020] Embodiment 1: a kind of flax fiber processing method of producing hemp rope, and its concrete operation steps are as follows:

[0021] (1) Flax pickling: Take the bundles of flax fibers and put them in a sulfuric acid solution with a concentration of 2g / L, and pickle them at a temperature of 25°C for 40 minutes at a stirring speed of 70r / min. During the pickling process, control the flax fibers. The weight ratio of sulfuric acid solution is 1:10.

[0022] (2) Pressurized scouring: pick up the pickled flax fiber in step (1) and wash it to neutrality, put it into a sodium hydroxide solution with a concentration of 4g / L, and cook it when it is pressurized to 180kPa During the scouring process, the weight ratio of flax fiber and sodium hydroxide solution was controlled to be 1:3, and the scouring temperature was 120 °C; in addition, the sodium hydroxide solution also contained 2g / L sodium silicate, 1~2g / L L of sodium sulfite and 1g / L of water softener.

Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of hemp rope processing, and specifically relates to a linen fiber processing method for producing a hemp rope. The method specifically comprises four steps of linen pickling, pressurized scouring, linen bleaching and linen fiber modifying, wherein the step of linen fiber modifying comprises the steps of putting the bleached linen fiber into an ethanolsolution with the concentration of 40%, then adding propylene oxide and uniformly mixing, placing the linen fiber and a mixed solution together under a 60Co source gamma ray for irradiation for 15 to20min and performing modification treatment after the linen fiber is completely immersed by the mixed solution, and finally putting the linen fiber and the mixed solution into composite sterilizationliquid for soaking, and then fishing up, dewatering and drying. The linen fiber for producing the hemp rope prepared by the invention not only has good anti-mildew performance, but also has abrasive resistance that can be increased by 35 to 40% compared with ordinary linen fibers, thereby increasing the service life of the hemp rope.
