Abstract

The invention discloses an escape ladder with a wide application range. The escape ladder comprises an escape rope body and a fixing assembly arranged at the upper end of the escape rope body, whereinthe fixing assembly comprises two obliquely-arranged supporting plates, a force bearing plate arranged between the two wall supporting plates and two symmetrically-arranged handrails; supporting structures in abutting fit with a wall are arranged on the inner sides of the supporting plates; a plurality of pedals are arranged on the outer sides of the supporting plates; and a window frame fixing component is arranged below the force bearing plate. According to the escape ladder, through the arrangement of the window frame fixing component, the force bearing plate can be stably installed on a window edge with a window frame, the situation that the force bearing plate cannot be horizontally installed on the window edge due to the protruding window edge is avoided, and therefore the application range of the escape ladder is widened.
