Abstract

The invention relates to a graded heating pulverizing system based on a heat pipe technology and a control method thereof. The system comprises a coal bunker, a coal feeder, a coal mill, a boiler, a heat pipe exchanger, a heat pipe exchanger condensation section heat exchange device, a heat pipe exchanger evaporation section heat exchange device, an air preheater and a primary fan; the heat pipe exchanger is connected with the heat pipe exchanger condensation section heat exchange device and the heat pipe exchanger evaporation section heat exchange device; the air preheater is installed at thesmoke exhaust end of the boiler and connected with the primary fan and the heat pipe exchanger evaporation section heat exchange device; and the heat pipe exchanger evaporation section heat exchangedevice is connected with the coal mill, and the heat pipe exchanger condensation section heat exchange device is connected with the outlet end of the coal mill and the boiler. Compared with the priorart, the graded heating pulverizing system based on the heat pipe technology and the control method thereof have the advantages that hot primary air energy is used for graded heating of pulverized coal through heat pipe heat exchange, the temperature of an air-pulverized coal mixture of a pulverized coal conveying system is increased, and then the boiler efficiency is improved.
