Abstract

The invention relates to a radar assembly and a sweeping robot. The radar assembly comprises a radar base with a first axis; a radar cover, which is movably connected to the radar base, wherein a containing space used for containing a radar is formed between the radar cover and the radar base; and an elastically deformable first suppression member coupled to a movement of the radar cover in a first direction, wherein the radar cover is provided with a first release position which is fixed relative to the radar base in the first direction, and the first suppression member is used for providinga first elastic restoring force in the process that the radar cover moves to the first release position; the first direction is parallel to the first axis of the radar base. The first suppression member is used to realize the effects of limiting and providing reset force. Compared with the prior art that a positioning column structure and a spring need to be arranged, the radar assembly has the advantages that a positioning column and a spring are omitted, parts are reduced, the radar assembly is simple in structure, and the radar assembly is convenient to assemble.
