Abstract

The invention discloses an aerogel felt anti-dusting coating layer which is composed of the following components in parts by weight: 30%-60% of a film forming matter, 35%-50% of water, 5%-25% of a filler and 0.01%-5% of a wetting agent. The anti-dusting coating layer is a water-based coating, is safe and environment-friendly, is simple and convenient in formula components, is compounded with aerogel, does not need substances such as a binder and a hot melt adhesive, is economical and practical, has the vibration mass loss rate of 0.05-0.07% after the aerogel felt and the coating layer, and has the heat conductivity coefficient of about 0.02 w/m*K after the aerogel felt and the coating layer.
