Abstract

The invention relates to preparation of a natural active matter procyanidine multiple emulsion hydrogel, which comprises the following steps: heating corn oil, acetylated monoglyceride, polyethylene glycol 30-dipolyhydroxystearate and a deionized water solution containing procyanidine in a water bath at 65 DEG C, magnetically stirring for 15 minutes at the rotating speed of 600 rpm to prepare primary emulsion, slowly dropwise adding the primary emulsion into a deionized water solution containing Tween 80, heating in a water bath at the temperature of 50 DEG C, and magnetically stirring for 10 minutes at the rotating speed of 400 rpm to prepare the procyanidine multiple emulsion. The prepared procyanidine multiple emulsion and 5% chitosan hydrogel are stirred for 5 min at the mass ratio of 1: 1 and the speed of 100 rpm and fully mixed, then the mixture is dropwise added into a 2.5% sodium tripolyphosphate cross-linking agent for cross-linking, and cross-linking is conducted for 20 min, and the procyanidine multiple emulsion hydrogel ball can be prepared.
