AI Technical Summary

Benefits of technology

This new design improves upon existing systems for controlling an air conditioned room's doors through lift mechanisms that move upward when they are openings on top of them. It uses sensors like pressure/force sensors, motion recognition cameras, and touch-based gestures identifiers (TID) to detect if someone has entered into it during its operation process. These advanced technology allows for precise automation over large areas without requiring pauses from time to start again after each use. Additionally, this innovative solution reduces environmental concerns associated with traditional methods such as exhaust fans used inside rooms due to their high noise levels.

Problems solved by technology

Technical Problem: Existing fume lamps have limitations such as being difficult for users who hold objects while trying to open them, causing dangerous situations like leaks caused by improper control over how they operate, making sure their doors stay closed properly even after multiple attempts, which can lead to accidental explosions.

Abstract

The invention discloses an intelligent fume hood system and a control method thereof. The intelligent fume hood system comprises a fume hood body, a glass sliding door, a balance weight mechanism, a vent valve, a lifting driving mechanism and the like, and further comprises a first sensor, a second sensor, a controller and the like. The controller can correspondingly control opening and closing of the glass sliding door and the vent valve according to signals monitored by the first sensor and the second sensor. According to the intelligent fume hood system, the structure of the lifting driving mechanism of the glass sliding door is improved, a human body proximity sensor, a force sensor and/or a gesture recognition sensor, an infrared distance sensor and the like are combined, the opening and closing state of the glass sliding door and the opening and closing state of a valve plate of the vent valve can be automatically controlled, good convenience is provided for experimenters, potential safety hazards caused by gas leakage in a fume hood can be eradicated, energy consumption can be reduced, and the intelligent fume hood system is safer and more environmentally friendly.
