Abstract

The invention provides a shield tunneling machine and a detection system for sensing deformation of a center area of a cutter head of the shield tunneling machine. The detection system comprises a telescopic assembly which comprises a first telescopic part and a second telescopic part, the second telescopic part comprises an insertion part, and the first telescopic part comprises an insertion hole; an oil storage cavity is formed in the second telescopic part, an oil outlet communicated with the oil storage cavity is formed in the side wall of the second telescopic part, and an oil overflow opening communicated with the insertion hole is formed in the side wall of the first telescopic part; the oil outlet and the oil overflow opening are isolated from each other when the cutter head of the shield tunneling machine works normally, and the pressure of hydraulic oil in the oil storage cavity is kept unchanged; when the center area of the cutter head of the shield tunneling machine is depressed and deformed, the second telescopic part and the first telescopic part move in opposite directions, the oil outlet communicates with the oil overflow opening, and hydraulic oil is discharged to cause pressure reduction. The detection system further comprises a pressure sensor for detecting the pressure of hydraulic oil. The detection system can sense whether the center area of the cutter head of the shield tunneling machine is deformed or not, operators can find the deformation in time conveniently, measures can be taken in time, and shield equipment is prevented from being damaged.
