The invention discloses a novel oil-water separation filter comprising a shell, partition plates, a pumping cylinder used for pumping liquid, a feeding pipe, a water outlet pipe and an oil outlet pipe; the shell is a hollow shell; the partition plates comprise a first partition plate and a second partition plate, the first partition plate is arranged in the shell, and a filtering chamber is formed in the inner top of the shell; a filter cover body arranged on the top surface of the first partition plate is arranged in the filter chamber; a pair of push-and-pull plates are connected to the first partition plate in a sliding manner; first water storage chambers are located on the two sides of the bottom, the second partition plate is a hollow cover body, and the second partition plate covers the bottom face of the first partition plate to form an oil storage chamber; a second water storage chamber is formed by the outer side face of the second partition plate and the inner bottom of the shell, and an adsorption assembly and a polymerization assembly are arranged between the second water storage chamber and the first water storage chambers; and the adsorption assembly is used for adsorbing residual oil flowing into liquid from the first water storage chambers, and the polymerization assembly is used for recycling the residual oil and conveying the residual oil into the oil storage chamber.
