A medicine for external application comprises the following components in parts by weight: 95-105 parts of radix scutellariae, 95-105 parts of cortex phellodendri, 95-105 parts of radix et rhizoma rhei, 95-105 parts of rhizoma coptidis, 4-6 parts of borneol, 4-6 parts of mirabilite and 8-12 parts of ground beeltle.
