Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of chemical engineering, and discloses a separation device for preparing o-xylene by separating mixed xylene, wherein the separation device comprises a feeding tank; the top end of the feeding tank is fixedly communicated with a separation tank, and the bottom end of an inner cavity of the separation tank is fixedly provided with a fixed block; and a movable rod located in the separation tank is movably mounted at the top end of the fixed block. According to the separation device for preparing o-xylene separated from mixed xylene, a flow deflector enters a temporary storage tank below to complete collection, meanwhile, o-xylene can push impellers to rotate when rising, the movable rod is driven to rotate through rotation of the multi-stage impellers, and an arc-shaped rod at the top end of a main shaft is driven to rotate; due to the fact that the top end of the arc-shaped rod make contact with the inner side face of a top cover, the inner side face of the top cover is cleaned, remaining o-xylene is scraped off, the remaining o-xylene enters the temporary storage tank through the flow deflector and is finally discharged through a discharging pipe, and thus the advantage that o-xylene is fully collected is achieved.
