Abstract

The invention provides an alkaline mixed gas shielded welding heat-resistant steel flux-cored wire for all-position welding. The flux-cored wire is formed by wrapping powder with a steel belt, and the powder comprises, by weight, 5%-15% of TiO2, 10%-25% of CaF2, 3%-9% of MgO, 2%-6% of SiO2, 5%-15% of a manganese-silicon alloy, 1%-6% of metal chromium, 0.5%-2% of ferromolybdenum, 1%-2% of sodium fluoride, 0.1%-1% of ferrovanadium 1%-5% of ferrotitanium and the balance iron powder. The flux-cored wire has excellent mechanical properties, can be used for all-position welding, has a good welding process, is welded by using mixed gas of 80% of Ar and 20% of CO2, and has relatively low pore sensitivity and an excellent welding process.
