The invention provides a method for strengthening oxidation of
ammonium sulfite, which comprises the following steps that gas containing oxidizing components enters a
supergravity machine from a gas inlet, and an
ammonium sulfite solution enters the
supergravity machine from a liquid inlet; in the
supergravity machine, the
ammonium sulfite solution is in contact with a
gas phase containing oxidizing components, oxidizing substances in the
gas phase enter the
ammonium sulfite solution and react with
ammonium sulfite, after the reaction, the
liquid phase leaves the supergravity machine from the liquid outlet, and the
gas phase leaves the supergravity machine from the gas outlet. According to the method, the characteristic that the supergravity machine strengthens gas-liquid
mass transfer is utilized, the
absorption effect of the
ammonium sulfite solution on oxidizing components in a gas phase is remarkably improved, the oxidation efficiency of ammonium sulfite is improved, and the method has the advantages of being simple in equipment structure, small in size, low in
energy consumption and the like and is a new technology for strengthening ammonium sulfite oxidation.
