The invention relates to a method for calculating the temperature of a regenerative aluminum melting furnace molten pool. The method comprises the following steps of: S1, dividing the structure in thealuminum melting furnace into two parts, namely a combustion chamber and the molten pool, and respectively solving the two parts, wherein the combustion chamber part adopts steady state combustion tosolve a function of the heat flux density and the interface temperature of the interface of the molten pool and the combustion chamber, and establishing a mathematical model of the molten pool; S2, substituting the function of the heat flux density and the interface temperature of the interface of the molten pool and the combustion chamber as a boundary condition into a mathematical model of themolten pool; S3, setting the initial temperature of a molten pool aluminum material; S4, solving the mathematical model of the molten pool to obtain a function that the molten pool molten aluminum temperature changes along with heating time; and S5, correcting the function according to a measured value. According to the method, the calculation and evaluation process of the temperature of the molten aluminum can be simpler, more convenient and more efficient, the investment in computer resources and performance is reduced, and the method has certain guiding significance for engineering practice.
