The invention discloses a rapid nondestructive detection method for black spots in hickory nuts, and solves the problem of high difficulty in nondestructive detection of kernels in the hickory nuts through hickory nut shells based on the requirements of hickory nut quality detection. According to the detection method, spectral wavelength screening is carried out according to different characteristics of pecan shells and kernels on near infrared spectra, characteristic wavelength points are reasonably selected, kernel characteristics can be normally reflected through near infrared spectrum detection, a hickory nut sample is irradiated by adopting near infrared light sources with two powers, and first and second diffuse reflection spectra of the hickory nut sample are obtained; the second diffuse reflection spectrum and the first diffuse reflection spectrum of the hickory nut sample are deducted according to a certain mode so as to reduce the influence of hickory nut shell spectrum information, highlight the spectrum information of hickory nut black spots and improve the detection accuracy of hickory nut black spots. According to the method, the rapid nondestructive detection of theinternal black spots of the hickory nuts by the near infrared spectrum is realized, the hickory nuts with the internal black spots can be effectively screened, and the product quality is improved.
