In the step of pulping, a ferrous nitrate solution with a mass concentration of 3 to 6% is added into a slurry material for stirring mixing, wherein 5 to 10g of the ferrous nitrate solution is added into each ton of the slurry material; an obtained mixture is subjected to processing at an ultrasonic frequency ranging from 10 to 50W for 30 to 120s. According to the preparation method, ultrasonic treatment and adding of the ferrous nitrate solution is combined, so that the thickness of plant fiber cell wall is increased greatly, the bulkiness of paper cup raw paper is increased, fiber cutinization in paper cup recycling is avoided, and paper cup recovery rate is increased.
