The invention discloses a method for comprehensively adjusting and controlling florescence in seed production of cauliflower by hybridization, pertaining to the technical field of seed production of crops by hybridization. The method comprises the steps of (1) selecting planting areas, (2) selecting seeding time, (3) physical control and (4) chemical control. In the method of seed production by hybridization of the invention, early seasonal, middle seasonal and serotinous cauliflower varieties are selected respectively according to different elevations of 1000m, 1200m and 1400m and different seeding time of July, August and September; different fur cutting and ball cutting treatments and water and fertilizer control are adopted according to the growth speed of the ball flowers; technical measures such as spraying with GA with the concentration of 30ppm or Kaihuajin solution with the concentration of 500 times are applied to the varieties that are slow in blooming and bolting in the same group after the ball cutting is applied to the varieties. The method of the invention can ensure that the respective florescence of parents is staggered within 20 days in the seed production of crossbred F1 of the matched early seasonal, middle seasonal and serotinous cauliflowers and can ensure the connecting of the florescence by means of artificial regulation, and the yield of the seed production is 41.7 kg/mu higher than that of the inexperimental group.
