The invention relates to CRC methods based on an Iub FP frame extension field in a TD-SCDMA system and belongs to the technical field of wireless communication. A method is applied to an RNC (Radio Network Controller). The method comprises the following steps that S1, the RNC detects a block error rate of downlink data at an Iub interface; S2, the RNC judges whether to start or close CRC of an Iubinterface downlink FP frame according to the block error rate; and S3, the RNC establishes the downlink FP frame according to a judgment result of the S2 and sends the downlink FP frame to a Node B,and the Node B judges whether to carry out CRC analysis or not according to an extension field of the received downlink FP frame. The method applied to the Node B comprises the following steps that S1, the Node B receives the Iub interface downlink FP frame sent by the RNC; and S2, the Node B judges whether to carry out the CRC analysis or not according to the extension field of the Iub interfacedownlink FP frame. According to the methods, the problem that Iub interface transmission bandwidth and processing capacity for CRC16 computing are wasted due to the fact that payload CRC16 must be carried in the Iub interface downlink FP frame and dynamic configuration cannot be carried out is solved.
