The preparation method is characterized by comprising the following steps: mixing a silicon source, an aluminum source, sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, SAPO-18, AlPO-18 or SAPO-34 seed crystal and distilled water to form uniform gel; performing hydrothermal crystallization, performing washing and drying after performing solid-liquid separation on a crystallized product, thereby obtaining the phosphor-doped CHA molecular sieve which can perform ammonia gas selective catalytic reduction denitration catalysis after being loaded with Cu<2+>. Addition of seed crystal such as SAPO-18 is akey factor for generating the phosphor-doped CHA molecular sieve. The method can be used for preparing the phosphor-doped CHA molecular sieve with high degree of crystallinity under a conventional hydro-thermal synthesis condition, so that ammonia gas selective catalytic reduction denitration (NH3-SCR) low-temperature activity is good.
