The invention discloses an
enzyme-linked immunosorbent
assay device and method used for on-site diagnosis. The device comprises a base plate and a cover plate. A first reaction hole is arranged alonga horizontal direction of the base plate. The surface of the first reaction hole is combined with a
capture antibody and a detection
antibody labeled with
catalase or
platinum nanoparticles. A scale line is arranged along a vertical direction of the base plate. The cover plate is provided with a second reaction hole. The second reaction hole is connected to an indicator hole through a gas channel. The indicator hole is connected to a liquid outlet through a reading channel. The second reaction hole stores
urea peroxide and
sodium citrate. The indicator hole contains indicator
powder. The ureaperoxide is reacted with the
sodium citrate to form
hydrogen peroxide, and the
hydrogen peroxide reacts with the
catalase or the
platinum nanoparticles labeled on the detection
antibody to generate
oxygen. An indicator solution is pushed by the
oxygen to enter into the reading channel to form an indicator strip, a length of the indicator strip can reflect a concentration of a sample to be tested, and a result is visible to naked eyes without any device-assisted reading.
