In the conveying process, yarn passes through the porcelain tube of the miniature yarn tension measuring sensor in a pressing mode at a certain angle, under the action of yarn tension, the porcelain tube is pressed downwards to cause deformation of the elastic element, a strain bridge converts induced deformation into electric signals in proportion and transmits the electric signals to the transmitter circuit board, and the transmitter circuit board amplifies and outputs the electric signals to a yarn conveyor control module. According to the current yarn tension, the control module controls an executive component of a conveyor to execute operation according to preset programs, and stability of yarn conveying is ensured. The miniature yarn tension measuring sensor is simple in structure, small in size, high in accuracy, long in service life, capable of measuring the yarn tension in real time when applied to the yarn conveyor, and beneficial for enhancing control over yarn conveying and improving yarn conveying efficiency and quality.
