Embodiment Construction

[0019] As shown in Figures 1 and 2, a non-scanning intelligent digital integrated SPR detector consists of an optical system, a sensor chip and a signal detection circuit.

[0020] The optical system includes LED light source 1 , polarizer 2 , prism 3 and reflector 6 .

[0021] The sensor chip 4 is a piece of glass plated with a metal film 5 whose material is consistent with a prism, and corresponding ligands are grown on the metal film 5 according to different molecules (receptors) to be detected. The sensor chip 4 is coupled to the prism 3 through a polymer whose refractive index matches the material of the prism 3 , such as epoxy adhesive epoxy20 produced by American Transene Company with a light transmittance as high as 90%.

Abstract

The invention discloses a non-scan intelligent digit integrated SPR detector, composed of an optical system, a sensor chip, and a signal check circuit, wherein the optical system comprises a LED light source, a polarizing disc, a lens and a mirror, the sensor chip is a glass sheet plated with a metal film on which a ligand is grown relative to the object molecule, the sensor chip is coupled on the lens, the signal check circuit comprises a LED drive circuit, a CCD array and a relative drive circuit, a signal detect and collect circuit, an A/D convert circuit, a MCU control circuit, and a digit communication circuit. The invention holds the characters of SPR sensor technique, while the invention uses wide-angle incidence of LED light source to avoid accurate incident angle scanning device, to simplify the angle adjuster, avoid the test error caused by transmission element, and improve operation property. The inventive integrated SPR detector can directly output digit, with high intelligent degree, small volume, portable property and easy application.
