Abstract

The invention relates to a novel environment-friendly compound additive by stone coal vanadium ore roasting which comprises a conversion agent which can generate vanadium to be easily leached by sulfate with low concentration, a catalyst and an oxidizer which can promote low-price vanadium catalysis and oxidation, and slag which can convert and solidify harmful gas which is generated by roasting the stone coal. The conversion agent, the catalyst, the oxidizer and the slag are mixed and then dried according to a certain proportion, and the acquired mixture is ground into 100 meshes (0.15mm), thus obtaining the novel environmental protection compound additive. The additive and the stone coal vanadium ore are mixed uniformly according to a certain proportion, and then the acquired mixture is roasted for more than two hours in a constant temperature rotary kiln. The conversation rate of the vanadium in the stone coal vanadium ore can reach over 80 percent with low loss on ignition of the additive, thus having less waste gas and pertaining to the novel environmental protection compound additive. The additive has universal applicability for roasting conversation of the vanadium of the stone coal vanadium ore exists in illite or other minerals in form of low price form absorption or isomorphism.
