Abstract

The embodiment of the invention discloses methods, devices and systems for implementing and controlling universal plug and play (UPnP) equipment, which can solve the problem that when the UPnP equipment receives the reset operating command again in the process of implementing update operation, the equipment system can be destroyed and can not work normally. The method for implementing the UPnP equipment comprises the steps of receiving the reset operating command sent by the UPnP control point and determining whether to implement the reset operation according to the operation being implemented by the UPnP equipment. The method for controlling the UPnP equipment comprises the steps of receiving the UPnP event and determining whether to control the UPnP equipment to carry out reset operation according to the UPnP event, wherein the UPnP event comprises the information about whether the UPnP equipment is implementing the update operation. The technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention can be widely applied to the digital home network equipment.
