Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing a totally chlorine-free high-whiteness cellulose fiber. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) adding a surfactant and a dispersing agent into a fluorescent whitening agent to prepare whitening agent pulp by adding water, or mixing the fluorescent whitening agent and an acid to prepare whitening agent solution; (2) preparing the original liquid of viscose according to the conventional process, adding whitening agent pulp or the whitening agent solution into ripening viscose according to the finished fiber weight ratio of 0.05 to 5 weight percent to stir the mixture uniformly, and defoaming and filtering to prepared original viscose spinning solution; and (3) introducing the original viscose spinning solution into a coagulating bath to perform spinning forming and preparing the totally chlorine-free high-whiteness cellulose fiber with fiber whiteness of over 90 percent by the steps of drafting silk and postprocessing. By the method, pollution of organic chlorine compounds to the viscose fiber and environmental pollution during waste water emission are avoided; and the whiteness of the viscose fiber reaches over 90 percent and meets the whiteness requirement of the high-whiteness viscose fiber.
