Example Embodiment

[0008] The atmospheric steam curing process for fiber cement exterior wall panels of the present invention specifically includes the following process steps:

[0009] First, after the fiber cement exterior wall panel is extruded, the fiber cement exterior wall panel is cured by low-temperature steam for 10-20 hours at 20-30 ℃, and the curing humidity is controlled at 60-80%. After the cement is finally set, it will enter the next curing stage;

[0010] 2) Carry out high-temperature steam curing at 60-90°C for 5-15 hours, and the curing humidity is controlled at 70-90% to avoid excessive humidity that may affect the strength of fiber cement exterior wall panels due to water absorption and saturation.

[0011] The fiber cement exterior wall panel is steam cured through the combination of low temperature steam curing and high temperature steam curing, so that the product has higher initial strength, and the product is not prone to bubbles, which improves product quality and production effi

Abstract

The invention discloses an atmospheric steam curing technique for a fiber cement external wall panel, which comprises the following steps: (1) after a fiber cement external wall panel is subjected to extrusion forming, carrying out low-temperature steam curing on the fiber cement external wall panel at 20-30 DEG C for 10-20 hours under the humidity of 60-80%, and entering the next curing stage after the cement in the fiber cement external wall panel finally sets; and (2) carrying out high-temperature steam curing at 60-90 DEG C for 5-15 hours under the humidity of 70-90%. In the invention, the fiber cement external wall panel is subjected to steam curing in a low-temperature steam curing/high-temperature steam curing combined mode, so that the product has higher initial strength, and can not easily bubble; and thus, the product quality and production efficiency are enhanced.
