Abstract

The invention discloses an enema preparation for treating diabetic nephropathy, prepared from the following medicinal raw materials in parts by weight: 20-40 parts of round cardamom, 20-40 parts of juniper, 20-40 parts of salvia miltiorrhiza, 20-40 parts of bezoar, 5-15 parts of bear gall, 10-15 parts of Chinese violet and 2-5 parts of senna leaf. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: taking the medicinal raw materials, mixing, immersing in water, decocting for 60-90 minutes, and filtering to obtain the decoction, namely the enema preparation for treating diabetic nephropathy. The enema preparation is applied as follows: about 150g of decoction is used for enema once before sleep at night, one course of treatment lasts for 20 days, and enema is performed twice per day for patients with serious symptoms.
