Abstract

The invention provides a radio frequency identification (RFID) mobile phone payment method and an RFID mobile phone payment system utilizing the over the air technology (OTA) to recharge. The RFID mobile phone payment method comprises the steps that: an offline account is set on a mobile phone payment platform, and the offline account is recharged through a recharging fund resource; an RFID mobile phone starts the mobile phone balance monitoring program for inquiring the account balance; whether the account balance is lower than the set value or not is judged, if so, a recharging request is sent to the mobile phone payment platform at the operator side, and the recharging request comprises the recharging amount; the mobile phone payment platform judges whether the recharging request is legal or not, and if so, the recharging amount is deducted from the set offline account; an OTA recharging platform is notified of recharging the account on the RFID mobile phone, and the notifications comprise the recharging amount and the information of the recharged mobile phone; the OTA recharging platform returns the recharging response to the RFID mobile phone after recharging; and the RFID mobile phone changes the account balance according to the recharging response issued by the OTA recharging platform. The RFID mobile phone payment method and the RFID mobile phone payment system have the advantage that users can conduct a transaction through the self offline fund account of the RFID mobile phone.
