Weigh 21.9 mg of O-carboxymethyl hydroxylamine hemihydrochloride (AOAA) and 8.4 mg of sodium bicarbonate and dissolve them in 4 mL of tri-distilled water. Abstract

The invention discloses an immune colloidal gold test strip for simultaneously carrying out residue detection and analysis on Tylosin and Tilmicosin and a preparation method thereof. A cellulose nitrate film (4) is coated by a rabbit anti-rat IgG (Intravenous Gamma Globulin) quality control line (5) and a DES (Diethylstilbestrol)-BSA (Bovine Serum Albumin) detection line (6); and a binding cushion (8) is coated by monoclonal antibody-colloidal gold labels of an anti-TYL (Tylosin) and anti-TIL (Tumor Infiltrating Lymphocyte) drug. According to the preparation method provided by the invention, the monoclonal antibody of the anti-TYL and anti-TIL drug is screened by using an immune technology; and the colloidal gold test strip for simultaneously detecting TYL and TIL drug residues is built for applying the monoclonal antibody of the anti-TYL and anti-TIL drug and the colloidal gold technical research through preparation of colloidal gold and exploration research of a colloidal gold labeling condition, and then the properties of the colloidal gold test strip are tested. The test strip has the advantages of wider detecting sample range, low false positive, and sensitive, accurate and reliable detection, and is applicable to the multi-residue detection of the TIL and TYL drug residues in animal edible tissues, such as muscle tissues, liver tissues, kidney tissues and the like.
