The invention provides castable powder processing equipment, which comprises a powder collection box, wherein a sensor and a spray device are arranged at an inlet in the powder collection box; the spray device is provided with a spray control valve; the powder collection box is communicated with a water injection device; the water injection device is provided with a water injection control valve; a water outlet is formed in a position, below an inlet, of the inner wall of the powder collection box; a water outlet control valve is arranged at the water outlet; a centrifugal mixing blade is arranged in the powder collection box; a drive motor and a telescopic cylinder are arranged above the outer wall of the top of the powder collection box; the cylinder block of the cylinder is connected with the output end of the drive motor; the piston end of the cylinder extends into the powder collection box to be connected with the centrifugal mixing blade; the sensor, the spray control valve, the water injection control valve, the water outlet control valve, the drive motor and the cylinder are electrically connected to a control system. According to the castable powder processing equipment, dust generated in the processes of powder collection and reprocessing can be reduced, the harm to workers health is reduced, operation automation is realized, and the manpower cost is reduced.
