Abstract

The invention discloses a formula of a PU adhesive, comprising polyurethane, a curing agent and a diluent which are in a weight ratio of 1:(0.02-0.08):(2-5). A preparation method of the PU adhesive comprises the following steps: (1) adding polyurethane in any quantity by weight into a container, and then adding the diluent which is 2-5 times as heavy as the added polyurethane and stirring uniformly; and (2) adding the curing agent which is 2-8% time as heavy as polyurethane and finally stirring uniformly. According to the formula of the PU adhesive based on the scheme disclosed by the invention, the raw materials are easily available and the ratio of polyurethane to the curing agent to the diluent is reasonable. The preparation method of the PU adhesive based on the scheme disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the preparation is simple, the preparation speed is high and the requirement for mass production of protective films can be met.
