Abstract

The invention discloses a pharmaceutical composition used for treating neuropathic pain. The pharmaceutical composition is prepared by taking protostemonine, tenuigenin A, syringopicroside, and clerodendrin A as drug substances via mixing. Different dosage forms can be obtained via conventional pharmaceutical technology. Defects of the prior art are avoided; the pharmaceutical composition possesses substantial curative effects on neuropathic pain, and is safe. A preparation method of the pharmaceutical composition is simple; cost is low; it is confirmed by clinical experiments that the pharmaceutical composition possesses substantial clinical curative effects on neuropathic pain including prosopalgia, sciatica, radicular neuralgia, post-herpetic neuralgia, and diabetes nerve ending inflammation.
