The invention discloses a voice outputting method and a voice outputting device, and a voice shielding method and a voice shielding device. The voice outputting method includes the steps of: preprocessing input voice and obtaining the waveform characteristic data of the input voice, judging whether the waveform characteristic data is matched with the waveform characteristic data of voice in a reserved voice library, if yes, calling the extension voice, corresponding to the waveform characteristic data of the voice, in the reserved voice library, and otherwise, outputting the input voice. The voice shielding method includes the steps of: only outputting the extension voice based on the voice outputting method, and meanwhile shielding the input voice by closing a sound channel transmitting the input voice or setting the amplitude of the input voice to be zero. According to the voice outputting method and device, the interference ability to the input voice is enhanced; and according to the voice shielding method and device, the stealthiness of the input voice is strengthened.
