AI Technical Summary

Benefits of technology

This patented technology improves how long we use certain types of lipids called gamma linolenic acid (GLA) or other substances found naturally within our body that help us fight diseases like cancer cells. These ingredients make up about 7% of all food consumed worldwide with just one serving everyday being able to reduce inflammation on their own eyes without causing damage.

Problems solved by technology

This patented technical problem addressed in this patents describes how to improve the delivery efficiency of certain substances like gluthionismulfonium chloride (GSOC), which has been found effective against oxidative stress caused by reactive oxygen species generated during cellular metabolisms when exposed to these compounds.

[0032] Embodiment 1: Cosmetics containing GSH lipid nanoemulsion

[0033] 1. Composition:

[0034]

[0035] 2. Preparation method:

[0036] 1) Dissolve phospholipids in 70ml of chloroform-n-hexane solution (chloroform:n-hexane, 5:7, v / v), dissolve glutathione in 10ml of distilled water, stir well, mix the two solutions, and ultrasonicate , the obtained emulsion is freeze-dried to obtain glutathione-phospholipid complexes;

[0037] 2) Mix glutathione-phospholipid complex, caprylic acid / capric glyceride, polyglycerol oleate, Tween 80, polyoxyethylene castor oil, polyethylene glycol caprylic acid / capric glyceride, at 8000rpm Under high-speed shearing, until there is no visible solid in the system;

[0038] 3) Add glycerin and water to the product of step 2), and shear at a high speed at 12000 rpm to obtain colostrum, which is processed by a high-pressure homogenizer at a pressure of 800 bar and circulated 5 times to obtain a transparent and clear cosmetic.

Abstract

The invention relates to a cosmetic product containing a GSH lipid nano-emulsion. The cosmetic is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 0.05-5 parts of glutathione, 2-20 parts of phospholipid, 5-15 parts of oil, 1-25 parts of a non-ionic surfactant and 45-90 parts of dispersion medium; and the non-ionic surfactant is span 80, polyglycerin oleate, Tween 80, polyoxyethylated castor oil or polyethylene glycol caprylyl/capryl glucoside. According to the cosmetic provided by the invention, the glutathione is wrapped with a phospholipid microcapsule nano-emulsion; the lipid solubility of glutathione can be effectively increased; and more importantly, the transdermal absorption capacity of the glucoside is improved through a nanotechnology, so that application of the glucoside in the field of skin external use is enhanced.
