Abstract

The invention discloses an aluminium product polishing method. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: I, preparing a chemical polishing solution comprising 3-12 parts of brightening agent, 3-12 parts of corrosion inhibitor, 20-65 parts of phosphoric acid and 25-75 parts of sulfuric acid by weight, wherein the total parts by weight is 100; the brightening agent comprises 1-4 butynediol and glycerin; and the corrosion inhibitor comprises phytic acid and polyphosphoric acid; II, heating the polishing solution to 85-120 DEG C; III, soaking a dry and clean aluminium product to be polished in the polishing solution in the step II for 20-240 seconds; IV, taking out the aluminium product in the step III and then washing the aluminium product with deionized water at 60 DEG C twice; and V, taking out and then blow-drying the aluminium product in the step IV.
