Abstract

The invention relates to an achieving method for chestnut shell stream processing. The achieving method is characterized by comprising the following steps that firstly, a step-shaped road surface is provided, and a high-step road surface comprises a digesting tank formed in the step-shaped road surface; secondly, a centrifuge dripping crushing device is arranged on a low-level road surface; thirdly, a cyclone type drying cylinder is arranged on the low-step road surface; fourthly, digesting is carried out through introduction of steam, and after digesting is carried out for preset time, chestnut shells in the digesting tank are pushed into a rotary cylinder on the low-step road surface; fifthly, the chestnut shells are crushed through relative rotation and extrusion and through cooperation with an abrasive disk; sixthly, crushed chestnut shells in the rotary cylinder are sucked into a cyclone type drying machine through a negative-pressure material guiding pipe, and solid-steam separation is carried out; and seventhly, after the chestnut shells in the rotary cylinder are transferred, spraying type drying is carried out on black liquor. The method is simple, stream processing of the chestnut shells can be achieved, and the chestnut shell processing efficiency is improved.
