Abstract

A soft chaff pest sterilization pellet device is characterized in that soft chaff generated by a chaff softing device is put into an entry port of a sterilization device wrapped with a thermal insulation material, and then the chaff is uniformly accumulated in the sterilization device due to rotary operation of a distributer linked with a driving motor installed at an upper portion of the sterilization device. A saturated steam boiler is installed in the sterilization device and high-temperature steam for maintaining internal temperature inside the sterilization device to be 150 DEG C is injected, and the sterilized soft chaff is outwardly discharged via a discharge port by a rotary feeder at the lower portion after a process of sterilizing the soft chaff for 10 minutes at the temperature of 150 DEG C in the sterilization device. The already sterilized soft chaff is transferred to a pellet former hopper, prepared into particles by a pellet former, and then transferred to a livestock fecaluria resource utilization processor or a soft chaff storage tank for utilization via a pellet discharge port.
