Abstract

The invention discloses an efficient and economical quartz sand cleaning device. The efficient and economical quartz sand cleaning device comprises supporting legs. A cleaning tank is welded to the upper ends of the supporting legs. A support is arranged at the upper end of the cleaning tank. A rotation motor is fixed to the upper end of the support. A rotation shaft is arranged at the lower end of the rotation motor. A rotation disc is welded to the lower end of the rotation shaft and arranged in the cleaning tank. A hydraulic pump is fixed to the lower end of the rotation disc. A hydraulic cylinder is arranged at the lower end of the hydraulic pump. A cleaning frame is welded to the lower end of the hydraulic cylinder. A spraying pipe is arranged at the upper end in the cleaning tank andprovided with a plurality of nozzles. The left end of the spraying pipe communicates with a water inlet pipe. An acid inlet pipeline is arranged at the middle portion of the left end of the cleaningtank.
