Abstract

The invention discloses a composite board production device based on plant fiber. The composite board production device comprises a bottom plate. A first transverse plate is welded to the position above the bottom plate through a first support. A top plate is welded to the position above the first transverse plate through a second support. The middle portion of the lower end face of the top plateis fixedly provided with an air cylinder through bolts. The lower end of a piston rod of the air cylinder is welded to the upper end face of a pressing plate. A second transverse plate is welded to the position below the top plate through a third support. A through hole is formed in the middle portion of the second transverse plate. A third transverse plate is arranged below the second transverseplate. The middle portion of the first transverse plate is provided with a threaded rod in a threaded connection manner. The upper end of the threaded rod is welded to the lower end of an inner ring of a bearing. The outer upper end of the bearing is welded to the lower end face of the third transverse plate through a connecting rod. The composite board production device based on the plant fiber is convenient to operate, rapid in extrusion and capable of facilitating discharging.
