Abstract

The invention discloses a composite plastic with good acid and alkali resistance and a preparation method thereof. The composite plastic contains the following raw materials in parts by weight: 21-27parts of PVC (Poly Vinyl Chloride) resin, 8.6-12.5 parts of polyethylene oxide, 32-45 parts of polyolefin elasticity, 0.8-1.6 parts of coupling agent, 6-10 parts of methyl ethyl ketone peroxide, 1-2 parts of antioxidant, 12-16.4 parts of nanometer zirconium dioxide, 10-15 parts of grapefruit skin, 3.6-5.5 parts of glass fiber and 8-12 parts of styrene-acrylic emulsion. The composite plastic disclosed by the invention has the advantages that different products are obtained by adopting different preparation processes through the different raw materials and mixed to obtain a finished product which has no change in a citric acid solution with a mass fraction of 6% for 120 hours or a sodium hydroxide solution with a mass fraction of 22% for 150 hours; and the composite plastic has good acid resistance and alkali resistance.
