The method comprises the following steps of establishing a color characteristicfile of a jet printing machine; determining the basic color of the small-color-difference color correction card; determining the extended color of the small-color-difference color correction card; manufacturing a color correction card with small chromatic aberration; and carrying out jet printing output on the small-color-difference color correction color card. According to the invention, the defect of poor color guidance of the color card after the color correction card is manufactured by changing RGB components in the prior art is overcome; The problems that the color difference between adjacent colors is unclear, color lumps are inconvenient to retrieve, and the matching effect of the color card and the fabric is poor are solved, the color card is scientific and simple to manufacture,the color of the color lump is accurate, retrieval is convenient, the color correction precision is greatly improved, and the period and time of digital printing color correction are shortened.
