Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of cables, especially to a super high-temperature resistant mobile cable for buggy ladle. The technical problem of the invention is as follows: during theuse process of the buggy ladle, due to the over-high temperature of molten steel, steel slag and the like, cables on a motor of the buggy ladle are often scalded; and due to high power of the motor, the cables bear considerable tensile force, and the cables will be broken in the long run. The super high-temperature resistant mobile cable for buggy ladle includes a pilot conductor and multiple power conductors. The multiple power conductors are wound on the outer side of the pilot conductor, and the multiple power conductors are equally-spaced in a circle. The pilot conductor and the multiple power conductors are externally coated with an insulating layer, which is coated with a filler. The cable of the invention has strong high temperature resistance, and can be entirely reinforced by using multiple tensile wires and a tensile layer to enhance tensile strength of the cable and effectively prolong service life of the cable.
