Embodiment 1

[0015] A preparation method for general aquatic feed quality improver, comprising the following steps:

[0016] Step (1). Take 85 parts of raw ore of attapulgite for dehumidification; the raw ore of attapulgite is dehumidified by drying or hot blast stove so that the moisture content of the raw ore of attapulgite is below 12;

[0017] Step (2). Dry the attapulgite raw ore, the drying temperature is within 85°C, and the moisture content of the attapulgite raw ore is below 10; then the closed silo is left to stand for 24 hours, and the drying temperature is used to continue to reduce the moisture;

[0018] Step (3). Grinding the dried attapulgite raw ore, so that the crushed attapulgite raw ore has a pass rate of 200 meshes above 92%;

[0019] Step (4). The mass ratio of adding is 2 parts of α-starch, 1 part of sodium alginate, 1 part of edible fatty glyceride, 1 part of lignosulfonate, 1 part of propylene glycol, 2 parts of polyacrylic acid resin, sorbitol The additive of 1 part

Embodiment 2

[0021] A preparation method for general aquatic feed quality improver, comprising the following steps:

[0022] Step (1). Take 95 parts of raw ore of attapulgite for dehumidification; the raw ore of attapulgite is dehumidified by drying or hot blast stove so that the moisture content of the raw ore of attapulgite is below 12;

[0023] Step (2). Dry the attapulgite raw ore, the drying temperature is within 85°C, and the moisture content of the attapulgite raw ore is below 10; then the closed silo is left to stand for 24 hours, and the drying temperature is used to continue to reduce the moisture;

[0024] Step (3). Grinding the dried attapulgite raw ore, so that the crushed attapulgite raw ore has a pass rate of 200 meshes above 92%;

[0025] Step (4). The mass ratio of adding is 8 parts of α-starch, 5 parts of sodium alginate, 5 parts of edible fatty glyceride, 6 parts of lignosulfonate, 5 parts of propylene glycol, 8 parts of polyacrylic acid resin, sorbitol Additives of 6 part

Embodiment 3

[0027] A preparation method for general aquatic feed quality improver, comprising the following steps:

[0028] Step (1). Take 90 parts of raw ore of attapulgite for dehumidification; the raw ore of attapulgite is dehumidified by drying or hot blast stove so that the moisture content of the raw ore of attapulgite is below 12;

[0029] Step (2). Dry the attapulgite raw ore, the drying temperature is within 85°C, and the moisture content of the attapulgite raw ore is below 10; then the closed silo is left to stand for 24 hours, and the drying temperature is used to continue to reduce the moisture;

[0030] Step (3). Grinding the dried attapulgite raw ore, so that the crushed attapulgite raw ore has a pass rate of 200 meshes above 92%;

Abstract

The invention provides a general fodder quality modifier for common aquatic products and a preparation method thereof. The fodder quality modifier comprises the following components, by mass: 85 to 95parts of attapulgite and 5 to 15 parts of an additive. The additive comprises alpha-starch, edible fatty glyceride, lignosulfonate, propylene glycol, polyacrylic resin and sorbitol fatty acid ester and specially comprises the components, by mass: 2 to 8 p arts of alpha-starch, 1 to 5 parts of sodium alginate, 1 to 5 parts of edible fatty glyceride, 1 to 6 parts of lignosulfonate, 1 to 5 parts ofpropylene glycol, 2 to 8 parts of polyacrylic resin, and 1 to 6 parts of sorbitan fatty acid ester. The general fodder quality modifier has characteristics of being non-toxic, tasteless, non-irritant,not easy to absorb moisture and the like can absorb aflatoxin, zearalenone and vomitoxin in the fodder. Meanwhile, the strength of the fodder and the stability of the fodder in water can be enhanced;and the powder-to-material ratio in the production, storage and transportation processes is reduced.
