Abstract

The invention discloses a graphene microsphere. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) pretreatment of graphite: putting graphite into a mixed solution composed of concentrated sulfuric acid and potassium permanganate, carrying out ultrasonic stirring treatment, washing the obtained product, filtering, drying, putting the product into a muffle furnace, and treating to obtain an expanded graphite product for later use; 2) preparation of graphene-titanium dioxide microspheres: dissolving the product expanded graphite obtained in the step 1) into deionized water, adding a surfactant, ultrasonically stirring, gradually adding a proper amount of a titanium source into the solution, carrying out spray drying treatment on the obtained mixed solution, carrying out high-temperature treatment on the obtained product in a muffle furnace under the protection of a special atmosphere, washing the obtained product with dilute acid or dilute alkali and a deionized water solution multiple times, and drying in a vacuum drying oven to obtain the graphene-titanium dioxide microspheres. According to the method, graphene and a graphene material are well compounded, so that the electronic conductivity of the material is improved; and the method utilizes a spray drying method to carry out secondary granulation on the precursor, so that the tap density of the product is greatly improved.
