Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of treatment and purification of cutting waste liquid, and discloses complete treatment equipment for cutting waste liquid. The complete treatment equipment is characterized by comprising a base, a three-phase air floatation device arranged on the base, a dosing device for adding a chemical into the three-phase air floatation device, an activated carbonfilter connected with a liquid outlet of the three-phase air floatation device, a sterilization device connected with an outlet of the activated carbon filter, and a membrane filter connected with anoutlet of the sterilization device, wherein a booster pump and an air compressor which communicate with the three-phase air flotation device are arranged on the base; and the chemical feeding devicecomprises a chemical storage tank and a chemical feeding pump for feeding a chemical in the chemical storage tank into the three-phase air flotation device. The complete treatment equipment of the invention has the following advantages and effects: the cutting waste liquid is purified under the combined action of the three-phase air floatation device, the activated carbon filter, the sterilizationdevice and the membrane filter, so purification effect is improved; and secondly, pressing blocks drive a pressing frame to rotate, a slag scraping plate is pressed after the slag scraping plate covers a cleaning roller, so the cleaning efficiency of the slag scraping plate is improved.
