Abstract

A first inner shell is fixedly installed on the upper portion of the inner side of the outer frame, bilaterally-symmetrical bottom frames are fixedly installed on the lower portion of the inner side of the first inner shell, the filler frames are inserted into the top ends of the bottom frames, material pipes are inserted into themiddles of the filler frames, limiting sleeves are fixedly installed in the middle of the outer sides of the material pipes, and connecting plates are fixedly installed on the outer walls of the limiting sleeves. The filtering and purifying device is reasonable in structural design, circularly flowing water is in full contact with the filler, impurities carried in wastewater are prevented from being accumulated on the surface of the filler, the reaction efficiency is guaranteed, and the combined filler frames are very convenient and rapid to lift, lower and replace the internal filler; and electrolysis and sedimentation are separately carried out, flocculate is prevented from being accumulated on the surface of the filler, the later purification degree and speed are improved, the mixing uniformity degree is improved through the stirring frame, and the reaction speed is high.
