Abstract

The invention relates to a magnetic drug-loaded nano-liposome APT-MZF-NPs/DTX and a preparation method thereof. An inner core of the liposome APT-MZF-NPs/DTX is magnetic manganese-zinc-iron nanoparticles (MZF@OA NPs) and a drug DTX, an outer layer of the liposome APT-MZF-NPs/DTX is an encapsulated lipid material, and the outer layer is modified with an aptamer A10-3.2. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, preparing MZF@OA NPs, encapsulating the outer layers of the MZF@OA and the drug molecule DTX by using a lipid material, and then performing modifying with an aptamerA10-3.2 through an EDC/NHS chemical cross-linking method. According to the invention, the dosage form of traditional chemotherapeutic drug DTX is changed, and the liposome has the advantages of smallparticle size, high stability, good targeting property and the like. Under action of an external alternating magnetic field, the compound has a good killing effect on prostate cancer cells, can effectively inhibit growth of the prostate cancer cells and induce apoptosis of the prostate cancer cells, and has an effect superior to any single treatment.
