Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of dry-type separation of materials, and provides a dry-method sand-fruit separation device. The dry-method sand-fruit separation device comprises a sand removal cylinder which is vertically arranged, wherein at least three layers of air blowing pipe groups are arranged in the sand removal cylinder from top to bottom; each layer of air blowing pipe group comprises three or four air guide pipes which are arranged in parallel at equal intervals; a plurality of vertically upward air outlets are formed in pipe bodies of the air guide pipes at equal intervals; compressed air is introduced into the air guide pipes and is vertically and upwards sprayed out from the air outlets; and the air guide pipes of two adjacent layers of air blowing pipe groups form an included angle of 90 degrees in the space. Therefore, the plurality of layers of air blowing pipe groups are arranged in the sand removal cylinder, granular fruit materials are blown up by utilizing airflow, and sand grains fall to the bottom of the cylinder, so that the separation of the fruit materials and the sand grains is realized. A dust outlet and a discharging hole are formed in thetop of the cylinder, so that the separation of dust and the fruit materials is realized. According to the dry-method sand-fruit separation device, the dry-type separation of the fruit materials, thedust and the sand grains is realized by utilizing the airflow, so that the burden of subsequent equipment is reduced.
