The invention relates to the technical field of prefabricated buildings, and discloses a method and system for measuring and calculating the engineering quantity of a prefabricated scheme, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the building area and the building floor height according to the information of the prefabricated scheme; obtaining the volume of a horizontal component according tothe building area; obtaining a vertical component projection area according to the building area, the building floor height and the prefabrication scheme information; obtaining the volume of the vertical component according to the projection area of the vertical component and the prefabrication scheme information; according to the volume of the horizontal component, the volume of the vertical component and the prefabricating scheme information, obtaining the engineering quantity of the prefabricated component and the engineering quantity of the cast-in-place component; and according to the engineering quantity of the prefabricated component and the engineering quantity of the cast-in-place component , obtaining a prefabricated scheme engineering quantity calculation table. According to the scheme, actually, only the parameters of the prefabrication scheme information need to be determined, the related parameters are determined and input into the system, and the project amount of the prefabrication scheme can be rapidly and accurately calculated.
