Benefits of technology

This patented technology describes a system used on waste lead acid accumulators (Lead Acids) to make them easier to move around without causing harm or contamination from leaks when they are being transferred through different parts of their route. It involves separating the LSAs into smaller units before shipping it out with other materials like metal scraps, rubber chunks, plastic scrap pieces etc., storing each part individually while still allowing any excess water to drain off over time. Additionally, there may have holes along one side where some liquors could get trapped inside due to imperfections in manufacturing processes. By placing these components together at specific locations within the container, the risk of environmental issues associated with spills remains minimal even if multiple containers were involved simultaneously. Overall, this design helps reduce costs and improve efficiency compared to traditional ways of moving spent lithium ion batteries away.

Problems solved by technology

This patented technical problem addressed in this patents relates to improving methods used during the processing or reuse of spent lead- acids (LABs) such as lithium ion batteries that have become more valuable than ever before due to their longer lifespan compared with older types like nickel metal hydride). Current systems require manually separating them into individual parts after each use, but there can still be leaks if it happens accidentally. Additionally, some materials may contain harmful chemical substances that could contaminate other components within these devices.

Abstract

The invention discloses transfer equipment for waste lead-acid storage batteries and a transfer method thereof. The transfer equipment comprises a transfer box. A whole piece transfer unit is fixedly installed at the top of the inner wall of the transfer box. The whole piece transfer unit comprises a whole material conveying belt, wherein a plurality of evenly-distributed fixing pieces are fixedly connected to the belt surface of the whole material conveying belt. A crushed material transfer unit is fixedly mounted at the bottom of the inner wall of the transfer box. The crushed material transfer unit comprises a supporting frame, wherein a bearing plate is hinged to one side of the top of the supporting frame. According to the transfer equipment for the waste lead-acid storage batteries and the transfer method thereof, the waste lead-acid storage batteries are separately stored by arranging the multiple fixing pieces, so that the stability of the waste lead-acid storage batteries in the transfer process is improved, the mutual collision damage of the waste lead-acid storage batteries in the transfer process is also reduced, meanwhile, the feeding and discharging processes in the transfer process can be automatically carried out, and the working efficiency of the device is improved.
